Prenatal Support and Prep
Childbirth Education Package
$1500
Education and preparation focused in-person classes. All the prenatal support of a doula leading up to your big day.
Three private childbirth and postpartum preparation sessions, 2.5 hours each
Birth planning included
Three 30 minutes Q & A calls to talk about what is coming up leading into birth
One 2 hour postpartum session after the birth
*In-person doula support is not included in this package.
Premium Birth Doula Package
$6500
Holistic doula support including core services, plus:
3 prenatal sessions (2hrs each)
One hour Hands-on Body Balancing session
Lactation Education Basics
36 week Birth Planning call
Ongoing scheduled phone check-ins leading up to the birth
On-call leading up to your birth
Attendance of birth
24-48 hour post-birth lactation visit, 1-2 hours
6 daytime postpartum sessions (2-3 hours each)
Postpartum Meal and snack prepared at every postpartum session
Lactation support for the first month postpartum

Doula Cost and Insurance FAQs
Do you take Carrot Fertility?
Yes, I have been approved by Carrot for many past birth and postpartum doula clients. It requires a bit of paperwork, but it has always been successful.
If you want to use Carrot funds for my doula support, you pay my usual fees directly and you will be reimbursed by Carrot after I complete a screening and approval process. I will give you invoices for my doula care, and you submit them to Carrot via their portal. They will reimburse the funds you directly.
Are you an In-Network Doula with Kaiser or Medi-Cal?
I am not In-Network with Kaiser or Medi-Cal Doula Programs. I can offer you a super bill and Insurance will reimburse you for a portion of my fee. These programs are relatively new so we are all learning how to navigate it. I’m happy to talk and share what I know about the process.
Do you offer any flexible payment options?
Yes, I am happy to have conversations around payment plans or adjustments of fees. I know talking about money can sometimes be awkward- but I believe it can be really useful for us to have open dialogue about needs and boundaries. I like the Green Bottle Method as a tool for discussing financial privilege and where we fall on a Sliding Scale.

1— Book a discovery call. I look forward to getting to know you and your partners specific desires for support!
2— Want to hire me? Great! A deposit will secure your spot in my calendar and some paperwork will follow to make it official.
3— Once you become my client, you will get immediate access to resources, referrals, and personalized support from me. I can be your google and guide you toward information that is individualized to your needs and values. We start our in-person meetings in the third trimester where we really dig deeper into your preparation and getting ready for labor, birth, and life with your newborn.
